My name is Niyaz Hajimaghsoody, I was born in 1983 in Iran ,Yazd. I loved painting and drawing since I was child, and I drew all the time, although I didn’t know professional painting tool and art styles and even artists , I only drew everything I saw around me. My only tool for painting was oil color that I had learned to paint with oil color myself. Despite my great interest in art and insistence that I wanted going to art school but because of my family’s opposition, I studied mathematics and physics in high school then I finished my university studies in the field of INDUSTRIAL DESIGN and I worked as an INDUSTRIAL DESIGNER , I enjoyed designing products but I always missed painting . During my pregnancy, I decided to quit my job and start painting. In this way I started drawing my own imaginary designs at home and created a series of works entitled ;Angels of Love; with conte pencil in these (3) years. I held an exhibition in Tehran on October 24, 2014. After my first exhibition I understood I didn’t know alot of thing about professional tools, so I decided to learn some techniques in very short courses. In the next few years, I participated in several group exhibitions. After immigrating to Alanya in Turkey in 2019, I chose to painting as my main job and in this time I started to do special painting on fabric with fabric color (painting on special and customized clothes, and painting on cushions and other decorative products) and watercolor painting on paper . I also paint with acrylic & ink sometimes . Now a days , my artworks are a link between nature and dreams, dreams have always been with me, as a child, all the realities of life were like animation for me, and the stories had real, vivid and colorful images for me. In fact I lived with my dreams, even although I never practiced them ( because of my inner perfectionism). Along with my dreams, questions about the universe, existence, creation and the secrets of creation have led me to spirituality, mysticism and nature. So far my only answer has been love. I get the most love and peace from nature, that’s why I paint with this love . In most of my artworks, there are paintings of birds and colorful flowers in both realistic and miniature styles, and in some of them reality and fantasy are mixed to depict love. Birds that give life to our world with their colorful feathers, along with beautiful flowers that give us love and peace, and I share it with you by painting what I receive from the world full of love of nature.
